Pricing · Early adopter window

About eight hours back in the week, for one CFP using it.

Meeting Notes Pro processes your meeting transcript in minutes with PII removed locally first, then gives you a Canadian regulatory-aligned draft to review and finalise. Built for advisors who run their own practices and choose their own software.

The price you sign up at is the price you keep.

Standard pricing for Meeting Notes Pro will increase once there is enough advisor traction to justify it. Early adopters who sign up during the current window stay at $29 a month for as long as they remain subscribers. This is a structural choice rather than a marketing manoeuvre: advisors who try the product early are taking a real risk on a small Canadian product, and the grandfathered price reflects that.

No date is set for the standard price increase. It happens when the product is ready, not when a quarterly target says it should. Until then, the price advertised on this page is the price you pay, and the price you keep paying.

Ten questions advisors ask before they start.

Your subscription continues at $29 CAD/month, locked in at that rate for as long as you remain a subscriber. No surprise increases. No tier shuffles. The price you sign up at is the price you keep.

If Meeting Notes Pro is not the right fit for your practice within the first 14 days, email sandy@meetingnotespro.ca and we will refund the $29. After day 14, the $29 covers your access to the 90-day trial period and is not refundable. You can cancel any time before day 90 and you will not be billed again.

Meeting Notes Pro runs on Windows 10 (version 21H2 or later) and Windows 11. The local PII engine and encrypted storage are built for the Windows desktop environment specifically.

Not at launch. The roadmap is shaped by what advisors using the product need next, and Mac support is on the list of candidates. If you would use it, write to me and that signal goes into the planning.

Meeting Notes Pro scans the transcript on your computer for sixteen categories of personal information and replaces each instance with a token before transmission. The AI receives a de-identified transcript. The matching table that maps tokens back to the original PII never leaves your device.

AWS Bedrock in the Montreal region (ca-central-1) is the entry point. The Claude Opus model that produces the draft may run inference through US AWS regions as part of how AWS provisions capacity for that model. The transmitted data contains no client-identifying information by the time it reaches any region.

No. Transcripts, drafts, and exports live in encrypted local storage on your computer using ChaCha20-Poly1305. There is no vendor server with your client data on it. If you stop using the product, there is nothing for me to retrieve, transfer, or delete.

Meeting Notes Pro exports to Microsoft Word and Outlook at launch. Most advisors paste the exported summary into their CRM as the first step of follow-up. Direct CRM integrations are on the roadmap and prioritised by what current users actually need.

You get direct access to me. Email replies arrive within one business day, usually faster. There is no support ticket system, no AI chatbot triage, no offshore tier-one routing. One developer, one inbox.

Standard pricing for new advisors will increase once there is enough traction to justify it. No date is set. Early adopters who sign up at $29 stay at $29. The grandfathered price is a structural commitment, not a marketing manoeuvre.

“The math was simple for me: ten client meetings used to mean basically writing off an entire day for documentation. Now I knock it all out before I leave the office. That extra day became my ‘growth day’ for working on the business, not just in it.”
Kevin Cork, CFP.The Absolute Group / Investia Financial Services Inc.
